Stephanie obtained her Licensed Practical Nursing degree in 1993 from Northwest Mississippi Community College. She graduated from Northwest Mississippi Community College in 2000 with an Associate’s degree in nursing. She graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2014 where she received her Master's of Science in Nursing and is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. She has 15 years of inpatient psychiatric experience at Parkwood Behavioral Health. She is an active member of the American Nurses Association, American Psychiatric Nurses Association, Mississippi Nurses Association, Mississippi Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau. She opened Pure Light Psychiatry in June 2020 and sees adults and children.
